Processing Time
All custom and personalized items are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.
- Standard processing time: 3–10 business days
- Large, bulk, or specialty orders may require additional processing time.
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Customers will be notified if there are any unexpected delays with their order.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout or provided during invoicing.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping times begin once your order has been completed and shipped.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email, text message, or the platform through which the order was placed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
Misteek Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be re-shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Misteek Creations is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact Misteek Creations within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Local Pickup (If Available)
Local pickup may be available for customers in the area. Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted with pickup instructions once their order is ready.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During holidays, sales events, and peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
